Since we were founded in 1983 we’ve grown to a team of over 120 employees, working across our main office locations in London, New York and Chicago.
Early on in our history we recognised that our people were our strength and since then we’ve remained committed to a philosophy of only recruiting those individuals who we see as having the potential to become future directors.
In support of that, we believe strongly in fostering and supporting the continuous development of all our staff. Once on board we provide comprehensive training and support to every member of staff, at all levels, across all departments to give them every opportunity to meet their potential.
And as a measure of our success, people who once joined us as graduates can be found at every level throughout the business, progressing all the way to full directors.
Our people are enrolled in our career-long proprietary in-house training programme, BUILD©, which aims to continually develop them from the get-go across multiple skills areas.
For researchers, training and coaching is interweaved with day-to-day project work throughout the year to ensure that learnings can be transferred directly into practical implementation, reflected upon, achievements celebrated and new objectives set. Our line managers are fully invested in supporting this progression, and have the tools and knowledge to support this journey.

Our two dedicated Learning & Development directors ensure that everyone is provided with individually tailored and appropriately pitched training. All staff have access to 1-on-1 coaching throughout their career to support reaching their professional goals. Our bespoke training and coaching programme is reinforced by rigorous line management. We are proud of our line managers who are invested in supporting both progression and well-being, and who have the tools and knowledge to support this journey.
